Product — Reliability

Turn service objectives into daily operating decisions.

Portfolio view, per-service hub, real telemetry sources, burn-rate alerts, exclusions and guardrails, defined as code.

Portfolio and per-service hub

Objective health, budget status, coverage, and source health across your services — plus a per-service hub with burn windows, trajectory, evidence, and on-call context.

Real telemetry sources

Prometheus-compatible systems, Datadog, and native rollups feed the SLO engine.

Burn-rate alerting

A breaching burn condition becomes an ordinary alert — it pages on-call and escalates through the same pipeline as any other alert.

Exclusions and change guardrails

Bounded, approval-gated maintenance exclusions that never erase raw history, plus an advisory guardrail on risky changes.

Delivery, measured

Deployments from your Git and CI/CD platforms are recorded automatically and tied to the services they change, so deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate and recovery time come from what actually shipped. An advisory release check tells your pipeline whether security, error budgets and change freezes look safe, and never blocks a deploy on its own.

Lead time and recovery time need commit and deployment timestamps from your platform. Without them a metric is shown as unknown, never as zero.

Defined as OpenSLO

Define SLOs as code and apply them from your build pipeline, so budget state stays checkable without opening the console.
