Veirox is deployed inside your own environment. The operational data your team works with — sessions, tasks, alerts, incidents, and everything else generated while using it — is stored on your own instance, not on infrastructure we operate on your behalf.

Your instance connects to the AI provider your team has chosen and configured. When a conversation or an automated task needs that provider to reason about it, the relevant details reach that provider. We don't claim your data never leaves your environment, and we won't say otherwise.
